Howling Time

Ok, I’m back from Canada and the gallery is up and runnign again. I’ not going to give it too much longer (although having said that i’m going to be at home for the next year by the looks of it) before i’ll be packaging them for people to download, so i do really need the remaining photos in as soon as possible and if you know someone who hasn’t got theirs up please poke them in the right direction to do so! Finally, heres a repost of the instructions to upload to the gallery and if you do have any problems just add a comment to this post and i’ll get back to you on it. Or just e-mail me directly!

To Upload To The Gallery

When you click on the link to the gallery you need to create an account by clicking the ‘Register’ button in the top right hand corner of the page. Once your account is created and you get the ‘Account activation’ confirmation page up you need to follow the ‘login’ link to log into the gallery. Once thats done you should be presented with an option to ‘Add a photo’. Click on this. On the next page you get options to upload photos with, you need to select the ‘upload applet’ tab and then use that by clicking the ‘Add photos’ button. Make sure the ‘resize before upload’ option is unchecked and should any wanrming boxes appear just accept them and continue on. Adding photos may take some time but you can just leave it uploading all you photos at once, they will be uploaded and processed one by one. The first time you view your pictures on the gallery the thumbnails may take some time to load as the server is creating them from scratch but it does all work for pictures for sure just bare with it

Its up and running at http://black-wolf.uk.to/borneo-gallery/ but it is still undergoing testing and configuring. I’ll update this on what to do as soon as its ready to go!

UPDATE (16:07) => The first few lots of pictures are going to start going up while i keep an eye on things to make sure it all keeps working, as i can i’ll enable more features but for now it should work for just getting pictures up!

UPDATE (16:55) => Ok, may it was a little abitious, its down while i tweak it further for the time being.

UPDATE (24/7 05:30) => Problems sorted, can handle photos but i’m still working on movies for the time being.
